Best Western Hotel Lamm, a 4-star, family-run hotel in Singen, Germany, was held back by an inflexible legacy PMS that made new integrations expensive, reporting limited and hard to access, offered no integrated payment validation, and required slow, costly support. To modernize operations and enable easier third‑party connections, the hotel engaged Access Hospitality to deploy a modern PMS and Channel Manager with integrations to Best Western CRS, Xenia EPOS, Rateboard RMS, Onity electronic locks and room cards, TrustYou and Betterspace.

Access Hospitality’s solution delivered faster, more efficient operations with bespoke, self-service reporting, mobile remote access, and streamlined check‑in/out and reservation workflows. Staff training and extended support reduced onboarding friction, reservation processing time fell from 15 minutes to about 3–4 minutes, and improved ADR and channel insights supported better revenue decisions. Integrated interfaces (including payment validation and locks) lowered fraud risk and manual work, freeing the team to focus on guests.
