Barnham Broom, a hotel set in the Norfolk countryside with golf courses and a spa, faced limitations with its old system which could not meet its needs as a resort. The existing supplier's required upgrade was too costly, prompting the hotel to seek a new solution. They chose Guestline for its comprehensive offerings, including the Rezlynx PMS.

This eliminated large capital expenditure on servers, sped up service, and allowed for more effective rate management.
