Luxury Brand Frette Increases Revenue by Over 8% with Web Copy Optimization

Frette, a heritage luxury linen brand, needed to translate its high-end in-store experience to the web by making navigation and the checkout flow feel elegant and frictionless. To do this, Frette partnered with AB Tasty, using its A/B testing and personalization platform to gain the autonomy to run and customize experiments without agency or IT support.

Using AB Tasty, Frette ran two quick A/B tests—renaming “Bath Linens” to “Bath Linens & Robes” in the top navigation and changing the cart pop-up CTA from “Proceed To Checkout” to “View Shopping Bag.” The changes drove a 29% lift in category clicks and a 101% rise in bathrobe page visits, a 5% increase in cart-clicks, and an 8.69% increase in total revenue; both tests took about 15 minutes each to implement using AB Tasty.
