UNICEF wanted a simple, low-friction way to gather candid feedback from visitors to its French website to improve user experience and content relevance. The solution gave UNICEF direct, actionable feedback to hone site content and UX and increased user engagement with the site; while no numeric metrics are reported in the case study, AB Tasty’s plugin delivered clear qualitative insights that informed content and testing decisions.
