AB Tasty implemented a two-week, targeted survey pop-in for desktop users in France, the UK, and Italy that first asked a satisfaction rating and then prompted a write-in explanation. The campaign gathered roughly 5,000 written responses, delivering actionable, region-specific insights on strengths and areas to improve and proving the value of AB Tasty’s precise targeting and timing during peak viewership.
