Havas Voyages Personalizes, a national travel agency network with 335 agencies and 1,200 Travel Planners, partnered with AB Tasty to turn its Conversion Rate Optimization work into personalized drive-to-store campaigns. The challenge was to use geo-targeting to serve timely, location-aware messages that encourage online visitors to contact or visit the nearest agency while maintaining online transaction performance.

AB Tasty implemented two geo-targeted personalization experiences — an exit-intent retention pop-in on the homepage and a contact/booking sidebar on search and product pages — using its CRO/personalization platform. Exposing nearly 3 million unique visitors to these campaigns, AB Tasty helped Havas Voyages Personalizes drive a 20% average increase in phone calls to agencies while keeping online transactions stable, increasing offline interactions without harming digital performance.
