Novant Health Delivers Consistent, Standardized Training Using HealthcareSource NetLearning®

Novant Health, a four-state integrated network of more than 1,200 providers and 25,000 employees across nearly 500 locations, faced a growing challenge: its legacy LMS could not keep pace with expansion, making it difficult to deliver consistent training across hospitals and clinics or to track and report staff education effectively.

Novant implemented HealthcareSource NetLearning and the eLearning Library, deploying a cloud-based LMS with a custom bi-directional HRIS feed, auto-enroll, and 5,500+ ready courses to support a blended learning model. The result was faster deployment, streamlined registration and reporting, standardized training for employees, non-employed workers and partners, reduced training costs (e.g., ICD-10), and improved ability to monitor education tied to major initiatives.
