Great Plains Health is a not-for-profit, community-owned hospital in North Platte, Nebraska, serving nearly 1,000 employees and patients across 17 counties. Faced with regulatory requirements to deliver annual staff education, the hospital struggled to track completion, avoid irrelevant training for different roles, and minimize the administrative burden on clinical staff so they could focus on patient care.

As a result the hospital achieved 100% compliance, cut clinical training from 17.25 to 11.25 hours, freed about 300 employee days annually, eliminated over 1,300 hours of in-house course development, reduced rollout prep from days to hours, and saved more than $150,000 in training-time costs plus over $190,000 in ongoing regulatory research expenses; targeted training changes also reduced tuberculosis exposures by 75%.
