International School of Geneva enhances connection across campuses

International School of Geneva needed a futureproof, cloud-based communications system to replace its legacy on-premises telephony and support a hybrid working environment across three campuses. After evaluating several vendors, the school selected 8x8 Work to improve flexibility, reliability, and call handling for more than 1,000 staff and thousands of students and parents.

8x8 migrated the school from Fuze to 8x8 Work, unifying voice communications across campuses and enabling staff to use desk phones, softphones, mobile phones, iPads, and laptops. The result was improved call quality, simpler telephony management, less IT workload, and the ability to handle 6,500 inbound calls during peak admission months, while also reducing on-site telephony maintenance and costs.
