ARRAY Information Technology is a government-focused IT services provider with eight domestic operation centers and 13 global site offices that assembles distributed project teams on short notice. ARRAY’s legacy mix of disparate PBX systems was costly, hard to manage and hindered collaboration—especially for remote workers and Air Force clients who could not download third‑party communication apps—so the company needed a flexible, secure way to quickly provision phone service and unite virtual teams.

ARRAY implemented 8x8 Virtual Office Pro, centralizing management and giving remote staff virtual local numbers, searchable directories, conferencing and easy PIN-based access for government clients. The cloud solution cut conferencing and management costs, enabled rapid provisioning of temporary team lines, increased video usage to about 75% of calls, supported 30-person meetings, and improved collaboration and customer service while providing responsive ongoing support.
