Learn4Life is a personalized‑learning charter school serving 14,000–18,000 at‑risk students across more than 70 locations in Southern California. Because students rely on short‑term, neighborhood resource centers and distance learning, the organization needed highly reliable, scalable unified communications and participation in the federal E‑Rate program; its previous VoIP provider couldn’t keep up with rapid rollouts or uptime requirements, delaying new site openings and student access.
