Revolu Modern Taqueria is a modern, full-service restaurant in Peoria, Arizona, opened in December 2016 by Deena and Jeremiah Gracia. As the business grew to 36 employees, their ad-hoc scheduling workflow—creating Excel schedules, photographing them and texting staff—became inefficient and didn’t meet the mobile expectations of their largely millennial team.

They switched to 7shifts because it was more affordable and easier to use than alternatives, rolling it out quickly with no formal training required. The app cut schedule-building from hours to about 15 minutes per week, improved communication with targeted announcements, and—via TouchBistro integration—gave them historical sales data for better labor forecasting; they plan to use 7shifts at future locations.
