The 1894 Lodge is a chef-driven bar and restaurant housed in a 200-year-old building in rural New Washington, Indiana. When COVID-19 hit, the team had to quickly pivot from dine-in, cook-to-order service to takeout and tighter safety protocols while keeping staff employed and customers feeling safe.
