Jeremiah’s Italian Ice needed a more consistent scheduling process across its franchise locations, along with better integrations and a mobile-friendly tool for its mainly young workforce. Before 7shifts, locations used a mix of spreadsheets and different vendors, creating extra work for corporate and store teams and making onboarding difficult.

Jeremiah’s Italian Ice implemented 7shifts through a preferred vendor agreement, giving franchisees a standardized platform for scheduling, employee communication, POS integration, and labor management. The rollout has scaled to 120 of 173 locations, or about 70% adoption, and the brand has also used 7shifts payroll to pay more than 115 employees this year. Managers can now build schedules in 15 minutes or less, and shift swapping and onboarding are much easier, improving day-to-day operations with 7shifts.
