Salesforce Migrates to a 6Connex Virtual Benefits Fair and Improves Employee Participation

Salesforce, with roughly 30,000 U.S. employees and many remote workers, faced low awareness and inconsistent participation in its healthcare, wellness, and insurance benefits programs; on-site trainings and webinars were costly, repetitive, and didn’t reach all employees. To broaden reach and improve engagement, Salesforce turned to 6Connex and its virtual events platform to host a Virtual Benefits Fair.

Working with 6Connex, Salesforce built a branded, secure virtual environment with features like one-to-one chat queues and long-term access. The 6Connex-powered event exceeded expectations—8,463 content views and an average visit length of 31 minutes—while reducing event costs, improving benefits awareness and enrollment, and freeing the Benefits team from one-off training logistics.
