To broaden reach and improve engagement, Salesforce turned to 6Connex and its virtual events platform to host a Virtual Benefits Fair.
Working with 6Connex, Salesforce built a branded, secure virtual environment with features like one-to-one chat queues and long-term access. The 6Connex-powered event exceeded expectations—8,463 content views and an average visit length of 31 minutes—while reducing event costs, improving benefits awareness and enrollment, and freeing the Benefits team from one-off training logistics.
