WESTPOLE Benelux, a managed IT services provider, needed a modern, flexible, future-proof enterprise service management platform to replace an outdated custom solution. With 4me, they wanted a cloud-based tool that could handle incidents, requests, workflows, and service management without heavy customization, while improving visibility into service quality and costs.

4me implemented ITSM, ESM, and mobile capabilities for WESTPOLE Benelux, along with CMDB, service catalog, reporting, and cost tracking, in collaboration with local partner C. H. Ostfeld Servizi. The rollout went smoothly, achieved strong user adoption, and was expanded company-wide; WESTPOLE now manages around 4,000 external customer requests and 150–200 internal requests per month, with better transparency, control, and customer satisfaction.
