Vandewiele, the high-tech loom manufacturer, needed a more efficient way to handle the many IT questions coming from employees across its global operations. Its existing ITSM system was cumbersome and rarely used, leading staff to rely on emails and phone calls instead of a central service platform. To improve internal support, Vandewiele selected 4me Enterprise Service Management, working with implementation partner Savaco.

4me helped Vandewiele centralize IT requests in a user-friendly SaaS platform, introduce shift-left self-service, and improve collaboration with both internal teams and external partners. The rollout was completed quickly, with the basic setup done in about a week, and Vandewiele reported fewer email chains, more ticket usage, faster handling of requests, and even time savings of around an hour per day for team members. Vandewiele is now expanding 4me to additional sites and services such as Facilities.
