va-Q-tec, a German high-tech insulation and temperature-controlled logistics company, needed to replace its basic open-source ticket system with a purpose-built IT service management platform. The main goals were better collaboration across locations, built-in SLA monitoring and reporting, and greater transparency in service delivery. They selected 4me after evaluating several ITSM tools, including Cherwell, Ivanti, Jira HD, and others.

With 4me, va-Q-tec implemented ITSM for request fulfillment, incident management, service level management, and change management, with Azure Active Directory integration and support from 4me partner Expertize. The rollout took just four and a half months and went live without surprises. Results included much smoother workflows, simplified communication, improved service catalog visibility, and a one-third reduction in lead times.
