The Province of Antwerp Switched to 4me to Increase Service Quality and Efficiency

The Province of Antwerp, a dynamic regional government in Belgium, needed an easy-to-use, modern IT service management solution to improve efficiency and service quality across its centralized IT organization serving around 50 organizations and 2,500 end users. They selected 4me, an ITSM platform, after a competitive tender process that highlighted the need for strong SLAs, a solid migration plan, and a user-friendly experience.

4me was implemented with support from Infravision and went live in July 2020, covering request fulfillment, incident management, knowledge management, self service, problem management, asset and configuration management, service level management, and change management. The results were a major boost in efficiency and user satisfaction, with about 1,000 requests handled per month, improved self-service and knowledge use, and faster resolution thanks to better-quality requests reaching the right support teams.
