MHTH, a Slovak energy holding operating six power plants, needed a future-proof way to centralize IT service management as it consolidated its businesses and moved toward shared services. With inconsistent processes across sites, limited ticketing adoption, and no common ITSM platform, the company chose 4me to support ITSM across all six plants.

4me implemented a cloud-based ITSM solution covering incident, request, asset, service level, and change management, with integrations for SSO and Active Directory. The base rollout was completed in 40 working days, and MHTH quickly achieved better adoption, improved visibility and reporting, and a central service catalog used by 750 employees; the IT team now handles about 1,000 requests per month and has a foundation for future ESM expansion.
