Leyrer + Graf, one of Austria’s top construction firms, needed an IT service management platform that would help its support specialists collaborate effectively across three locations. The company also wanted to move toward a more service-oriented approach aligned with ITIL best practices, and chose 4me for its ready-to-use setup, usability, and ease of configuration.

4me implemented the initial scope in just 8 consulting days over one month, covering Service Portfolio, Incident Management, and limited Change Management, along with SSO and Active Directory integration. As a result, Leyrer + Graf improved collaboration with end users and among IT staff, while gaining better visibility into support activity by service; adoption also began quickly, with about 10% of requests coming through Self Service and 25% via email.
