Culina Group, the Logistics Experts Delivering Service Management Excellence with 4me

Culina Group, a UK logistics specialist supporting more than 9,000 staff across 10 businesses and 65 locations, was using multiple IT service management tools that operated in silos. This made collaboration difficult across its various IT teams and created limited integration with the parent company, Müller. To address this, Culina selected 4me’s service management platform, including its Service Catalog and self-service portal.

4me implemented a branded self-service portal, incident/problem/change management, SSO integration with Microsoft Active Directory and OneLogin, and a multi-tenant cloud setup to connect IT and HR services across the group. Since go-live in early 2020, Culina has had uninterrupted availability, expanded usage by 33%, and gained a unified service structure that improves collaboration, resource sharing, and support coverage across the business.
