Ategris, a healthcare provider operating two hospitals and several care facilities across nine sites, needed a new service desk platform after concerns about Ivanti Service Desk’s future roadmap and lack of feature updates. They evaluated alternatives and chose 4me for its simplicity, service-based configuration, and ability to support the shared IT department of 19 staff serving more than 2,900 employees.
4me implemented Self-Service, Incident Management, Configuration Management, Request Fulfillment, Change Management, Workflow Automation, and Vendor Integration (SIAM), with Microsoft Active Directory integration. The rollout went live in March 2020 and helped Ategris achieve 70% of requests via Self-Service and a 90% customer satisfaction rate, demonstrating strong adoption and service improvement.
