Reward Gateway, an employee engagement company that traditionally relied on in-person collaboration, faced the sudden need to move its entire workforce to fully remote operations during COVID-19. The challenge was to maintain employee safety, business continuity and morale while rapidly scaling remote communication, onboarding and day-to-day collaboration.
They formed an incident management team, launched a central coronavirus hub and leaned on their own engagement platform plus 15Five for check-ins, 1:1s and objectives.
