When COVID-19 forced a rapid shift to remote work in 2020—and only 2% of employees had previously worked offsite—employees and new managers struggled to adapt, leading to disconnection, low morale and an eNPS of -5%.
15Five’s Transformational Services, coaching and Remote Work Essentials training coached managers and teams on science-based remote leadership, psychological safety, autonomy, and effective virtual communication. The changes created clearer communication cadences, higher productivity and alignment, and ACS’s eNPS rose from -5% to 27% in one quarter (a 640% increase).
