Malteser International, a healthcare and humanitarian organization in Germany, needed to upgrade its office network in Obertshausen. Its existing wiring and hardware were too inflexible to support full indoor, outdoor, and vehicle coverage, and it also needed a simple way to give volunteer staff network access. Zyxel provided the wireless solution.

Zyxel delivered a complete, cloud-managed network overhaul featuring the NSG50 Nebula Cloud Managed Security Gateway, GS1920 PoE switch, and NWA1123 access points. The new setup centralized management, separated access for full-time and volunteer staff, and enabled scheduled shutdowns to reduce energy costs. Malteser International said the new network made work processes easier, faster, and more efficient.
