ArtiLand, a hospitality resort in Balashikha near Moscow, needed a reliable wireless network to overcome severe cellular dead zones across its rooms, leisure areas, and outdoor spaces. The hotel also required seamless roaming, strong security with separate staff and guest VLANs, and protection against interference from a nearby military base, so it turned to Zyxel for a wireless solution.

Zyxel implemented a wireless LAN controller with indoor and outdoor access points, including the NXC5500 controller, NWA5123-AC unified APs, and WAC6553D-E outdoor APs. The new network delivered seamless WiFi coverage across the entire property, strong performance indoors and outdoors, and easy scalability for future growth. According to the project manager, not a single device failed during two years of support, and the network remained up continuously with 24/7 service for guests and staff.
