ZyXEL Wi-Fi Solution Facilitates Rise in Productivity at Pacyga Furniture Factory in Poland

Pacyga Furniture Plant, a Polish furniture manufacturer, needed a high-performance wireless network to support employees and visitors across its offices, storage areas, freight zones, and production facilities. Zyxel was brought in to replace an inefficient network with limited coverage and functionality, and the deployment included business access points, smart managed switches, and a wireless LAN controller.

Zyxel implemented a campus-wide Wi‑Fi and LAN solution using NWA5121-N, NWA5123-NI, and NWA3560-N access points, GS-series switches, and the NXC2500 controller to enable centralized management, reliable coverage, and secure connectivity. As a result, Pacyga Furniture could update inventory and dispatch data in real time, monitor machinery and production parameters from anywhere on site, and provide dependable wireless access for employees and visitors, with Mr. Damian Pacyga describing the system as simple to administer and very effective.
