Hollywood Red Carpet, supported by Zyxel, needed a dependable wireless network for its annual 300-foot red carpet press event in a temporary tent. With 350–450 media, photographers, and production staff on site — many carrying multiple devices — the team had to quickly deploy stable, high-capacity Wi‑Fi while avoiding crosstalk, dropped connections, and interference.

Zyxel implemented a solution built around the USG310 Unified Security Gateway, GS1900-24 smart managed switch, WAC6503D-S 802.11ac access point, NWA5123-NI access points, and NXC2500 wireless LAN controller. The result was seamless connectivity for guests, press, and staff, with rogue AP detection, increased signal coverage, reduced interference, and network autohealing to maximize reliability for this high-density event.
