Griswold Communications, a U.S.-based telecom service provider serving more than 1,600 households in Iowa, needed a more reliable high-bandwidth Wi-Fi gateway to support triple-play services and its fiber-to-the-home rollout. Zyxel implemented the EMG2926 and later the EMG3425 managed Wi-Fi gateways, providing Gigabit speeds, dual-band 802.11ac performance, and remote management features such as TR-069 and SNMP. The result was fast deployment, fewer support issues, and virtually eliminated customer complaints about performance, while improving ROI and profitability.
