Zyxel Helps Turkish Hotel Refresh its Network Without a Moment of Downtime

Hotel Monec, a six-story hotel in Turkey, needed to refresh its aging network infrastructure to deliver reliable free internet across all 50 rooms and public areas without disrupting guests. The hotel turned to Zyxel and its wireless solution to address dead spots, improve performance, and better secure its surveillance and communication systems.

Zyxel and local partner Aybiltech Bilgisayar redesigned and deployed the hotel’s network with controllers, switches, access points, and firewall protection. The upgrade separated guest and staff traffic, created five VLANs for the IP camera system and IP telephone exchange, and delivered stable, fast connectivity throughout the property—all completed without downtime and within the promised timeframe.
