ZyXEL Creates Economical High-Performance Wi-Fi Solution for Turkish Boutique Hotel

Kalevera Hotel, a boutique hospitality property in Edirne, Turkey, needed to modernize its network infrastructure to provide guests and staff with fast, stable, secure Internet access, while also ensuring scalability and compliance with Turkey’s Law No. 5651. The hotel also wanted to connect its network with a neighboring property without affecting performance or reliability.

Zyxel implemented an end-to-end wired and wireless solution using WAC6502D-S 802.11ac access points, NWA3550-N outdoor APs, and an NXC2500 wireless LAN controller. The two hotels were linked with a 20Mbit wireless bridge, and centralized management enabled secure, stable, high-speed connectivity across rooms and public areas. The project was completed in just one day, with no service interruption, and prepared the hotel for future expansion.
