Würmli Catering, a fast-growing Swiss catering company, needed a comprehensive network for a new headquarters that could connect users, printers, and meat-processing equipment while also supporting wireless coverage, VoIP, and strong redundancy. Zyxel was brought in to help create a stable, secure business network, including a Unified Security Gateway, switches, LTE backup connectivity, and wireless infrastructure.

Zyxel implemented a highly available solution with two USG110 firewalls in HA mode, stacked XGS3700 core switches, an LTE3301 backup gateway, a wireless LAN controller, and smart antenna access points. This gave Würmli Catering centralized management, multiple fail safes against service loss, and a stable VoIP environment with enough bandwidth for multiple phone channels, helping ensure reliable communications and continuous operations.
