Holiday Inn in South Carolina partnered with Intech Systems and ZyXEL to improve Wi‑Fi across its three-story, 100-room hotel. The challenge was to provide strong, reliable wireless coverage for guests using multiple mobile devices, with acceptable signal levels in every room.

ZyXEL and Intech Systems implemented wall-plate Unified Access Points and 24-port PoE switches to deliver in-room connectivity without extra wiring. ZyXEL’s solution gave each AP coverage to about nine adjacent rooms, simplified management and troubleshooting, and delivered reliable, best-in-class price performance. The upgrade significantly improved guest Wi‑Fi throughout the rooms, lobby, and other common areas, while giving Intech 24/7 control of the network.
