Turkish Business Hotel Uses ZyXEL’s Security Solution to Enhance Guest Experiences

Fesa Business Hotel, a centrally located business hotel in Turkey’s Kocaeli Province, needed to provide guests with nonstop, high-speed Internet access across rooms and public areas while also meeting Turkey’s Internet Act (Law No. 5651) and ensuring the network could scale as the hotel grew. To address these challenges, the hotel turned to Zyxel and its security and wireless networking products, including a Unified Security Gateway, Web Server Log Analyzer, Wireless LAN Controller, and Unified Access Points.

Zyxel implemented a secure, centrally managed Wi‑Fi infrastructure that enabled the hotel to support up to 150 simultaneous guest logins, maintain Internet logs for regulatory compliance, and deliver fast, reliable connectivity throughout the property. As a result, Fesa Business Hotel improved guest experience, strengthened network security, and created an upgradeable foundation for future expansion, all while benefiting from easier centralized management through Zyxel.
