Swiss Construction Contractor Brings Network Up to Speed with ZyXEL Solution

Leading General Contractor, a Swiss construction company with around 100 employees across six sites, needed a faster, more reliable network to connect branch offices and headquarters, support externally accessible servers, and keep VoIP working smoothly despite heavy data synchronization and traffic. Zyxel provided the networking and security foundation, including Unified Security Gateways, L2+ switches, and dual-radio access points.

Zyxel implemented a multi-WAN design using USG1100, USG310, and USG110 firewalls, XGS3700-24 switches, and NWA5123-NI access points to improve redundancy, prioritize VoIP, and secure traffic with UTM features such as IDP, antivirus, and content filtering.
