Manufacturer Connects Campus with Zyxel Network Solution

Polat Group, a major reducer manufacturer in Turkey, needed to modernize its campus-wide wired and wireless network across multiple subsidiaries. The company faced challenges including separate VLAN requirements for four group companies, centralized management of IP CCTV cameras, and the need for a faster broadband-capable network. Zyxel provided edge switches, access points, and a wireless LAN controller as part of the network refresh.

Zyxel implemented independent VLAN structures for each company, isolated their networks with separate IP pools, and centralized the management of security cameras and active network devices from one location. The solution also connected edge cabinets and system rooms with fiber-optic infrastructure, delivering a reliable and faster network for Polat Group’s 16,000-square-meter campus. As a result, Polat Group improved network management simplicity, eliminated capacity issues, and enabled centrally managed IP CCTV and campus connectivity.
