Line Syte Gives Minneapolis Mart a Complete Wireless Network Makeover Using All ZyXEL Gear

Minneapolis Mart, a 200,000-square-foot wholesale merchandise showroom in Minneapolis, needed to replace its consumer-grade Wi‑Fi with a scalable, high-speed network that could handle heavy Internet use during frequent tradeshows. Zyxel was selected to provide the networking foundation, including the USG200, NXC5200 Wireless LAN Controller, GS1900-24HP Smart Managed Switch, and NWA5123-NI access points.

Zyxel and Line Syte built a centrally managed wireless network with dual Internet connections, load balancing, guest controls, and content filtering to improve reliability, security, and ease of management. The new system performed strongly under event traffic, supporting nearly 400 connected devices while still delivering 30 to 50 Mbps, and gave Minneapolis Mart better reporting, monitoring, and overall user satisfaction.
