Landromantik Hotel Oswald, an owner-run spa hotel in Kaikenried, Germany, needed a future-proof wireless network that could scale with rising guest demand for seamless Internet access across more than 60 rooms and shared spaces. The hotel worked with Zyxel and its longtime IT partner ITES to address the challenge of reliable, high-performance Wi‑Fi for guests using multiple devices throughout the property.

Zyxel implemented a controller-based wireless solution centered on the UAG4100 Unified Access Gateway, the NXC2500 WLAN Controller, NWA3160-N access points, and supporting security infrastructure. After a wireless survey identified the need for 21 access points, the solution was adjusted during renovation to match changing building conditions and coverage needs, delivering scalable, centralized management and improved service availability for guests and staff.
