Alliance Hospitality, a French hotel group operating 12 properties across Paris and other cities, needed to deliver stable, secure, and easy-to-manage Wi‑Fi for guests and staff while separating user access and allowing consistent configurations across sites. Zyxel helped address these challenges with a centralized Wi‑Fi architecture built around its smart managed switches, wireless LAN controller, unified access points, and unified access gateway.

Zyxel first deployed the solution in a test hotel, then expanded the same configuration to seven additional hotels, enabling remote management from headquarters, faster rollout, and improved network stability and coverage. The result was a complete, efficient, and durable Wi‑Fi solution with centralized administration, quick integration into production, and compliance with EU data retention requirements.
