Golden Homes, a luxury housing developer in India, needed a modern network for its Golden Opulence apartment project that could unify data, voice, and intercom services while also supporting IoT devices such as door sensors and fingerprint scanners. To meet these requirements, the company worked with Zyxel and its partner, Z-Oli Networks, using a Zyxel GPON Solution.

Zyxel customized the PMG5317-T20A GPON HGU and deployed the OLT1408A GPON OLT to deliver data, voice, intercom, and IoT connectivity over a single streamlined network. The result was a space-saving, cost-reducing infrastructure that eliminated the need for extra switch hardware, supported easy ISP switching, and gave Golden Homes a fast, reliable platform for residents’ smart-home services.
