Ramada Bursa Nilüfer, a hotel in Bursa, Turkey, needed to separate staff and guest internet access while ensuring secure connectivity and maintaining legally required traffic logs under Turkey’s Law No. 5651. The hotel worked with Zyxel to design a solution using its VPN/security platform and related networking products for reliable, controlled access across the property.

Zyxel implemented VLAN-based separation for staff and guest networks, Layer 2 Isolation for guest devices, Opera PMS integration for guest authentication, bandwidth management, and security services including content filtering, IDP, antivirus, anti-spam, and AppPatrol. As a result, Ramada Bursa Nilüfer gained a secure and manageable internet infrastructure with user- and IP-level logging, improved guest WiFi control, and compliance with local regulations.
