Hotels Champ’Alsace, a three-star hotel network in Haguenau, France, needed to upgrade its aging WiFi to meet modern guest expectations while staying within a tight budget and avoiding disruption to daily operations. Zyxel implemented its Nebula solution, including NAP203 access points, NSW100-10P switches, and Nebula Control Center for centralized cloud management, along with customized captive portals and hospitality-focused compliance features. The deployment was completed on schedule and within budget, and the hotels gained fast, reliable WiFi plus easier remote administration for ISRT, helping improve guest satisfaction and operational responsiveness.
