Fenerium, the Turkish sports retailer serving over 80 stores and global fans through its shops and websites, needed a more reliable wireless network to support staff connectivity and handheld inventory scanning. Frequent WiFi disconnections, poor access point placement, and a lack of easy centralized management were disrupting inventory operations and slowing productivity. Zyxel was brought in to help address the issue, using its wireless networking solution centered on the NWA5121-NI Unified Access Point.

Zyxel worked with MEB Computer to perform wireless signal analysis and redesign the store coverage, then deployed NWA5121-NI access points that could be managed remotely from a single interface. The upgrade dramatically improved wireless coverage, eliminated the spotty connectivity affecting inventory terminals, and created a scalable, easy-to-manage network for future growth.
