Czech Financial Services Company Connects Customers and Protects Data with ZyXEL Security Solution

Astorie Inc., a Czech financial, insurance, and real estate company, needed a stable and easy-to-use network that could securely connect its 12 branch offices, protect sensitive customer data, and provide backup connectivity for business continuity. Working with Zyxel, Astorie set out to modernize its corporate network and improve secure access for employees, affiliates, and field workers, using security and VPN-based networking solutions.

Zyxel implemented a site-to-site VPN infrastructure built around a USG200 Unified Security Gateway at headquarters and ZyWall 2WG Internet Security Appliances at branch offices. The solution secured all communications with advanced encryption, improved availability with redundant WAN and 3G backup links, and reduced maintenance and management needs. The rollout was completed in about two months, enabling Astorie to centralize and protect internal communications and data transfers while supporting safer, more efficient customer service.
