Barilla, the Italian food company, needed to equip a new 8,000 m² logistics warehouse in Turkey with reliable wireless coverage despite a 15-meter-high ceiling. To support handheld terminals and notebooks used by staff, Barilla turned to Zyxel and its wireless LAN solution, including a wireless LAN controller and business access points.

Zyxel and local partner Makropol Computer implemented a Zyxel NXC2500 Wireless LAN Controller with NWA3160-N 802.11 a/b/g/n business access points to provide centralized management, stable roaming, and full facility coverage. The result was rapid deployment, secure and compliant connectivity under Turkey’s Law 5651, and trouble-free wireless communication across the warehouse with no signal loss between access points.
