Wilson Partners Group, a Michigan-based employee benefits and wellness consultancy with over 35 years’ experience serving employers from 50 to 5,000+ employees, struggled with the time-consuming task of keeping client content and compliance information current and accessible. Maintaining timely communications and compliance updates was essential but eating into time for servicing clients and business development.

Wilson Partners implemented Zywave’s Broker Briefcase and Content Cloud for ready-to-send compliance and benefits content, then added Client Cloud (including a Client Portal and LMS) and Sales Cloud for online client access, training, lead intelligence and email marketing. The tools freed significant staff time—about four hours saved per compliance update—improved client self-service and training offerings, and made prospecting warmer and more efficient, with further time and cost savings expected as adoption grows.
