SilverStone Group is a large insurance agency with offices in Omaha, Council Bluffs, Sioux Falls and Portland offering benefits, P&C and personal lines. Facing the need to streamline prospecting and client servicing across producers and account managers while strengthening client retention, they sought tools that would keep clients engaged and make it harder for them to leave.
