The firm upgraded to Zywave’s Sales, Content and Client Clouds to automate marketing, deliver timely content, and offer value-added client services. Using Sales Cloud campaigns and analytics they sent 17,000 emails in about six months with open rates up to 42%, while Content Cloud supplied high-quality resources and Client Cloud’s LMS and portal enabled paid training and self-service.
