CipherCloud, a cloud security software company, needed to develop a multi-platform automated testing framework for its CloudTech security platform to ensure organizational security policies worked on mobile and web applications accessing sensitive data. To meet this challenge, they engaged vendor Zymr for quality engineering automation and performance testing.

Zymr implemented a comprehensive test automation framework using tools including the Robot framework, Appium, and Selenium WebDriver. This solution automated over 1,000 mobile test cases with 80% test coverage, developed a Jenkins and Gradle-based CI automation process, and integrated reporting with Jira. As a result, Zymr helped enhance the performance of CipherCloud's CASB product by three times.
